We get it! You get something in the mail and it doesn't fit or it's just not your style. We want everything you order from Coco McCall to make you feel SO GOOD!! 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW: Anything purchased between November 5th & December 20th, may be returned until January 20th.

We offer store credit only for returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to put it in the mail to return it to us.

 

Easy Return Options With re:do

Free Store Credit Returns —

We are happy to offer FREE RETURNS through re:do! Purchase re:do at check out and you are able to have access to unlimited exchanges and store credit returns. Simply send your item(s) back with a prepaid shipping label.

*Please note that final sale items are always final sale, even if re:do is purchased for other items in the order or for Package Protection.

Free Unlimited Exchanges —

We offer free unlimited exchanges & store credit through re:do! Just make sure re:do is in your cart when making a purchase and you will have access to free unlimited exchanges & store credit. Simply select the replacement item while processing your exchange, as long as we have the inventory in stock of the item(s). If your exchange order sells out of stock before your return package is processed we will issue you a refund instead.

We are happy to offer INSTANT exchanges! Your exchange order will be created immediately. If you do not ship your original item back within 7 days of your exchange request, your credit card will be charged for the exchanged item.

If you purchased the $2.98 re:do free returns for store credit or exchange + package protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return a package for store credit or exchange. If you did not purchase the $2.98 re:do free returns for store credit or exchange + package protection at the original time of checkout, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your amount exchanged or store credit.

re:do Free Return for Store Credit or Exchanges is not applicable to clearance and sale items discounted 30% or more, even if purchased with your items. If your order is discounted 30% or more and doesn't qualify for return or exchange, re:do shipping protection still applies and protects your order.

+ Shipping Protection —

re:do package protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims must be filed no sooner than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update

**ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED/WAREHOUSE/FLASH SALE/LAST CHANCE/ANYTHING UNDER THE SALE TAB ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WHEN COMBINED WITH A SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANYTHING THAT IS "SALE ON SALE" OR DISCOUNTED 30% OR MORE.**

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • unwashed
  • unworn
  • no scuff marks
  • no makeup or deodorant stains 
  • no wear and tear
  • original tags attached
  • plastic lining MUST be on swim bottoms

If we receive a return and it is beyond the 30-day window or if it was a clearance sale or from the sale category and 30% off, we will ship it back to you.

Please do not attempt to return items without going through the return portal.

Returns WITHOUT RE:DO: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • You have the option of using a pre-paid return label for a domestic return through the return portal. 
  • This amount will be deducted from your product store credit. 
  • You can use this label or choose to use your own label by using the shipping address from the label we send you.
  • IF YOU USE YOUR OWN LABEL, please email us the tracking information so we can keep an eye out for it.
  • You will only be charged for the pre-paid return label if you use it.
  • Once we receive your return & inspect it, we will send an electronic gift card to your email. Please allow 2-4 business days processing time  

International Returns & Exchanges

It's the same for international customers. The customer pays for the return shipping. International returns can be sent to :

You must put it in the mail within the 30-day return window from the day you received the package, unless you have extenuating circumstances and you contact Coco McCall customer service and they have extended the window for you.

International exchanges can be started by sending your items back for store credit. Just send us an email to let us know what you’d like to exchange and a tracking number for the package that you are sending so we can watch for your return!

Defective or incorrect items

If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and will make sure you get a new product or a refund to ensure your satisfaction. Incorrect/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • If your order does qualify for a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show up in your account once we have refunded it. This depends on your bank’s processing time. 

EXCHANGES

We can do exchanges for the same item or any other item on our website, if the item that you want is in stock or in pre-order status and if the item that you purchased wasn’t discounted 30% or more.

Unfortunately, we do not provide APO, FPO, and DPO address return labels.
