SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Your order will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days. If there is a delay in processing your order for some reason, we will let you know by email.

We do not offer International shipping at this time. If you would like something delivered outside of the US, please email our customer care and we will see if we can work it out.

Any orders with a preorder item are held until the entire order can be fulfilled. If you need non-preorder items sooner, please make separate orders.

Coco McCall Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or misdirected shipments.

RETURNS

Sooooo we get it. You get something in the mail and it doesn't fit, or it's just not your style. We want everything you order from Coco McCall to make you feel SO GOOD and like a total Boss babe!! 

We offer store credit only for returns. You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return it to us. Click here for the return portal

The item must be completely unused and sellable with tags attached. This means unwashed, unworn, no scuff marks, makeup or deodorant stains or wear and tear. Clearance sale, final sale items not eligible for return.

If we receive a return and it is beyond the 14-day window or was a clearance sale or from the sale catagory, we will ship it back to you.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. You will have the option of choosing a $5 pre-paid return label during the return process. This amount will be deducted from your product store credit. You can use this label or choose to use your own label. You will only be charged $5 for the pre-paid return label if you use it.

You must put it in the mail within the 14-day return window from the day you received the package. 

Once we receive your return & inspect it, we will send an electronic gift card to your email.

 Swimwear plastic lining MUST be on swim bottoms to be eligible for store credit/exchange. We will not accept any bottoms that are sent back without it.

*ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED/FLASH SALE/LAST CHANCE/ANYTHING UNDER THE SALE TAB ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If the product is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and will make sure you get a new product to ensure your satisfaction. Incorrect/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product.

Unfortunately, we do not provide international, APO, FPO, and DPO address, return labels.
